Sync | Creative Scotland
Erin was a co-producer of Sync - a collective and programme of digital thinking and practice in the arts from 2012-2013, a follow on from her work on Culture Hack Day with The Royal Opera House in 2011.
Sync was a set of activities designed to support cultural organisations in Scotland to develop a more progressive relationship with technology and technologists. Generously supported by Creative Scotland, Sync produced Culture Hack Scotland which became SyncHack, a major annual event held this year in Edinburgh and Glasgow. SyncTank was the online magazine with print versions appearing at the three Culture Hacks. Another central part of Sync was the Geeks-in-Residence programme, where geeks and their hosts created some genuinely imaginative and rewarding results.
Watch the video below for the end of the weekend demo for a little insight into a SyncHack day collaboration between Yann Seznec and Catherine Polwarth and others.
